It is usual to name stops near factories by their purpose, for example:
Teplárna (heating plant)
Spalovna (incineration plant aka where trash is burned)
Elektrárna (power plant)
Plynárna (gasworks)
Jatka (slaughterhouse)
(usually followed by city or district name, like Teplárna Třeboradice or Spalovna Malešice, but that is not necessary if it's only factory of the type in area)
or by factory's commercial name, some examples:
Kablo
Zentiva
LAPP Kabel
Lokomotivka
(it would be better to create new name than use one of these, if you thought about what factory it was, we can help you figure some good sounding business name)
or by street near the factory, these streets usually has some origin in industry terms, like:
Tovární (Factory st.)
Plynární (Gasworks st.)
Průmyslová (Industry st.)
Jateční (Slaughterhouse st.)
Dělnická (Workers st.)
U staré papírny (Old Paper Mill st.)
Sklářská (Glassworks st.)
All of above I picked is real names used (for streets or stops).
