Changes to Bad Kinzau

I've modified Bad Kinzau map.

New features:
-New traffic signs;
-New traffic rules;
-New road works with 2 new traffic lights;
-One more square (Augusto Daolio Platz: A. Daolio was an italian singer);
-6 Km more of motorway;
-2 New lines;
-Changes to the original lines;
-Deers crossing the motorway at night;
-And so more...

Known bugs: sometimes cars don't respect traffic rules...
Download: deleted /// KOSAK

Publishing a changed map is not allowed.
So I locked the threath and deleted download link.
