Increase bus power

Hi,
I have a very simple question for you, but difficult for me: how to increase the bus power? Not the max speed, but the engine power, to hill up on mountains roads. I changed the "antriebe_i_achse" in the antriebe constfile, but while obteining more power, it reduced the max speed of the bus. Does anyone know how to help me? Thank you!

Hello, is this forum still actual? After some kind of long, long search I've finally found a place where I can post this and ask my question. It's the same as the one asked by user Roma - we need to boost the power of the bus but we don't have a clue what value should we increase... Most important, it cannot lead to minimalize Vmax...
