I'm a newbie to creating models for OMSI but i was wondering if someone could help me do this, I started in sketchpad, but Im debating if i should continue there or go to a 3d modeling program before i finish it and export it to gmax.

I don't know it would look wierd in sketchup though..

They really are quite spacious..

But I don't know how it will looks if you convert it to the Gmax, i already tried make some buildings, i converted it to format which can be open in 3Dmax, but the texture map was bad, It didn't look as I need

I think, make vehicle in sketchup is not good choice. But yet looks very nice.

I'm not sure how it will endup after the coversion, but Ive done models in sketchup before abd had people convert them for me since im no blender or gmax expert. add some textures and it should end up fine afterwards.
